Is it difficult to create my website or my online reservation system?
Not at all. Simply fill out your profile and details of your travel products/services, and upload pictures via your web browser. After that our system will handle the rest for you.

Can I update my website by myself?
Yes. You can update your website via web browser by logging onto the system at the "Member Login Zone" on the home page of the eComBotTravel™.

Where can I register to set up a travel website or an online reservation system for my existing one?
Just go to "Go Get It" section.

When can I create my travel website or my online reservation system?
You can create this right after you complete the registration steps. If you cannot finish creating a website, you can come back and do it later by logging onto the system at the eComBotTravel™ 's Member Login Zone.

What is the structure of my website?
The Accommodation website consists of Home, Rooms, Reservation, Facilities, Location, Policy, About Us, Enquiry, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. While the Tour website consists of Home, Package Tours, Reservation, About Us, Policy, Enquiry, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. For the other eComBotTravel™ software, you can see the details at the B2C e-Tourism and the B2B e-Tourism Software.

How many rooms or package tours can I have in my website?
Depends on your selected membership plan, if you select B2B2C e-Tourism Service, the system will provide you 40 rooms, services or packages at the first step. However, you can add more rooms, services or package tours on the Lot basis (1 Lot = 20 rooms, services or packages).

How many styles of web templates are there?
At this moment, you will get 4 styles of web templates, which are suitable for different types of travel products/services.

Will there be more styles of web templates available in the future?
The eComBotTravel™ is planning to provide more styles of web templates. You will not need to pay extra if you are already using our standard style of website. For more details please see the Demonstration websites.

Is the payment system of the eComBotTravel™ really safe?
Yes. Our standard e-payment service providers, such as PayPay, PaySbuy, etc., have used high secure encryption standards, namely SSL, SSL & 3DES and SSL & CryptBot™. Anyway, you can also use your own e-payment service providers you like by asking us to connect your web site with them. If you want it, we will charge you USD300.-/time/provider.

Does the eComBotTravel™ provide the service of the Real-time Credit Card Payment Direct Connectivity to link my existing online booking system to?
Yes. We have the Real-time Credit Card Payment System Direct Connectivity service that allows you to directly link your existing online booking system to our e-Payment Service Providers. You can configure it by following our online manual.

Can a domain name be linked to the URL of my website
(http://www.ecombottravel.com/shortname)?
Yes. You can register a domain name at http://www.thainic.net and then select the web forwarding service in order to link your domain name to your travel website address under the eComBotTravel™.

How do I avoid having the same look of my travel website as those of others?
The easiest way is to retouch and make your pictures of travel products/services and logo larger than those of other travel websites. However, if you want to have your own characteristics of travel website, you may need to have some pages restructured and redesigned.

Can I have my own e-Tourism system if the eComBotTravel™ standard systems do not fit my travel products/services? If yes, how much does it cost?
Yes. This can be done by changing the look of web pages generated from the original platform of the eComBotTravell™ database. The cost of doing this depends on the difficulty of such modifications.

Can I use only the online reservation and payment systems when I already have my own web pages?
Certainly yes. You can simply put links from your web pages of travel products/services to the online reservation and payment systems of the eComBotTravel™.

Can I link the menu in my eComBotTravel™ website to web pages outside the system?
Yes. You can do by using the "DIY Menu Linkage" service at the eComBotTravel™ Control Panel. It allows you to point the standard menu to any URLs or web pages.

Can the eComBotTravel™ help me build a travel portal site?
Yes. You can rent the service of travel portal site at the Portal Site Service section. One set of this service includes unlimited number of member (hotel + tour agent) (you can add more members if you want). This portal site links with all members of travel websites in our system. We provide you with the highly efficient facilities including service quota of website control, renewal system, and member fee collection system. However, you need to design and develop your own web pages and web templates. This service is suitable for big travel agencies, DMO (Destination Management Organization), travel authority, government organizations, travel associations, and other private sectors (who see and want to quickly grab a big opportunities of e-tourism). How do I upload pictures?
Our system allows you to easily upload pictures via your web browser. You can upload your main pictures at the "Picture Center" and at the "Editor" of each web page in our control panel. Don't worry, it's very easy, just only click and open file.

How can the eComBotTravel™ help if I do not know how to make pictures?
You can send your picture album to us, and we will scan and retouch them for you at 50 Baht/picture. However, if it requires special retouching and/or designs, we can do this at reasonable prices.

Why does a picture distort after I successfully uploaded it onto the system?
Because the size of your picture does not comply with the default size set in the system. Please see the specific dimension of each picture with shown on the template of each web page.

What does the term 'pixel' mean with regard to the picture dimension?
Pixel is the smallest element of the image displayed on a computer screen, consisting of a simple dot, which may be illuminated or dark. The number of pixels is related to the screen area. For example, if your screen area is set to 800 by 600 pixels, the width of the screen is 800 pixels. To create a picture with the width of no more than 300 pixels means that the width of the picture is no larger than 3/8 of the screen width. Likewise you can use the same measurement for the height.

How do I renew the service? You must renew the service at the "Renewal" section in "Your Service Center" section of the Member Control Panel. You will find the details after you log into the system at our Service Center.

What responsibility does the eComBotTravel™ take ?
The eComBotTravel™ is only a provider of applications and tools for creating a travel website and/or an online reservation system. The eComBotTravel™ makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect under this site or its contents. The eComBotTravel™ is not responsible for problems attributable to the functioning of travel web sites and/or online reservation systems or the Internet under their domain names.

Can the webmaster of the eComBotTravel™ modify contents of my web site?
The webmaster of the eComBotTravel™ reserves all rights to adjust, modify, and/or delete information of your travel website, which is against the goodwill and morality of society. We will evaluate your website in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. Your website may be rejected if we determine at our sole discretion that it is not suitable for the program.

What are the terms and conditions of the Service Cancellation and Penalty?
If a travel product/service that may need permission for sale or is under jurisdiction of Thai Law, International Law or against the goodwill and morality of society, we (Max Savings (Thailand) Co., Ltd./the eComBotTravel™) reserve all rights to request all authorized documents that confirm the permission for selling such product/service. If you do not have the required documents, we have all rights to cancel or suspend your account and will not refund you any service charges and/or service fees. If you have intention of fraudulence or suspicious behavior that may jeopardize Max Savings (Thailand) Co., Ltd./the eComBotTravel™ or any other websites, we reserve all rights to cancel your account or hold all service fees.
